PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-channel endoscope with which endoscopic treatment can be always easily and safely performed by setting the positional and directional relationships of two treatment devices in an optimal condition according to every disease condition at any time. SOLUTION: A first treatment device-projecting opening 11a which is the exiting port of a first treatment device passing channel 11 is arranged at the position forward from a bent portion 2. A second treatment device passing channel 12 is arranged in a flexible tubular adapter 10 detachable relatively to an introducing portion flexible tube 1, and a second treatment device-projecting opening 12a which is the outlet opening of the same is arranged at the forward end of the tubular adapter 10. The second treatment projecting opening 12a is located at a rearward position of the bent portion 2 when the tubular adapter 10 is mounted on the introducing portion flexible tube 1, and a treatment device standing-up piece 30 adjusting a stand-up angle of the forward end portion of the treatment device projecting from the second treatment-projecting opening 12a by the remote control from the frontal position of the tubular adapter 10 is arranged at the portion of the second treatment projecting device-opening 12a.
