PURPOSE: A method and a system for supporting the foundation of a shop using the network are provided to enable a shop manager having no initial fund to found a business, receive various conveniences needed for the foundation, and lessen the burden for a failure by relaying the shop managers wanting the foundation and the investors finding a new investment place. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a shop manager terminal(10), an investor terminal(20), and a server computer(70). The server computer comprises a control unit and a database. The control unit includes a shop manager/investor registration program(72,73), a search program(74) searching the information for the registered shop manager/investor, an evaluating program(75) for evaluating the shop manager/investor, a contract program(76) for making a contract between the investor and the shop manager, and a fund management program(77) for helping the fund operation between the investor and the shop manager. A database includes a shop manager/investor database(91.92), an evaluation database(93), a contract information database(94), and the fund management database(95).
