PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board whose connection strength can be improved by preventing a failure in soldering. SOLUTION: The printed wiring board 1 has a plate type base material 11, a pad 12 and a conductive pattern 13 formed on a surface of the base material 11 respectively, solder resist 14 which covers at least part of the conductive pattern 13, and a silk print member 15 formed at a specified place on the solder resist 14. To the pad 12, a terminal 21 of a surface-mounted component 2 is connected through cream solder S. The surface-mounted component 2 has a leg 22 projecting to the same side with the terminal 21. At least one of the conductive pattern 13, solder resist 14, and silk print member 15 is provided except for the part between the base material 11 and leg 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
