PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature responsive valve assembly for an air spring having a temperature assurance function, capable of easy manufacture with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This temperature responsive valve assembly 56 comprises a valve body 62, a seal 64, a bimetal valve 66, and a fixing member 68. The valve body includes flexible radial members 76 defined along the outer periphery of the valve body. Each of the radial members includes a tab extending outward in the radial direction so as to engage with the outside diameter of the fixing member. When temperature exceeds a prescribed value, the bimetal valve is bent and a valve seat is closed, thus preventing gas from flowing into. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
