PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley device with a bearing capable of maintaining rust prevention performance of a pulley without scratching a surface treated membrane formed in a non-fitting region of an inner peripheral face of the pulley even when performing the work for pressing a rolling bearing into the inner peripheral face of the pulley. SOLUTION: Inside diameter of both end parts (non-fitting regions B1 and B2) of the inner peripheral face 1y not in contact with a deep-groove ball bearing fitted into the inner peripheral face 1y of the pulley 1 is larger than the outside diameter of an outer ring 3 of the bearing. Owing to this structure, the outer ring 3 of the bearing does not come into contact with the non-fitting regions B1, B2 even when performing pressing work of the bearing and the surface treated membrane formed in these regions in advance is not scratched in this pulley device with the bearing. Consequently, the occurrence of rust in the non-fitting regions B1, B2 is suppressed, and the reduction of waterproof performance of pulley itself is prevented in this pulley device with the bearing.
