摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lift force as a reaction of an electromagnetic force according to the Fleming's left-hand rule by spraying a conductive liquid to a space having an electromagnetic field as a vehicle to facilitate the generation of a discharge in the space to which this electromagnetic field is applied, and thereby discharging electricity into the air being an insulator. <P>SOLUTION: A floating propulsion apparatus includes a magnet having an n-pole and an s-pole oppositely provided, a discharge plate having a positive pole and a negative pole opposed so as to discharge perpendicularly to a magnetic field in the magnetic field formed of the magnet, a power supply for supplying an electricity to the discharge plate, a nozzle for spraying the conductive liquid to the space for generating the discharge, a pump for supplying the conductive liquid to the nozzle, and a tank having the suction port of the pump therein for storing the conductive liquid.
