<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy and efficiency in preparing a schedule when transporting by patrol. <P>SOLUTION: A transport plan preparing system comprises an input device 101, an output device 102 such as a printer, a display device 103 such as a display, a processor 104 having an input processing part 106, a transport schedule preparing part 107 and a result output part 108, and a storage device 109 so as to perform processing by executing a series of the programs 105.
