<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print control device which takes account of capability of a printer, and which obtains the latest information on time specified by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The print control device, which is connected to the printer and controls operation of the printer, informs capability information of the printer, delivered data information, and print completion time to an external delivery system server. The external delivery system server decides delivery time, obtains the latest data on the delivery time from a delivery data server, delivers the obtained data to the print control device.
