PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display stand displaying a flat case storing goods in a forward-facing posture in which the flat side of the case is faced forward when the flat case is installed in a showcase of a store. SOLUTION: The display stand has a seat plate on which the flat case storing goods can be placed in a forward-facing posture in which the flat side is faced forward and a back plate having a plate side following the crosswise width direction of the seat plate so as to support the rear side of the case and removably erected on the seat plate, and a front plate removably erected along the front edge of the seat plate and shorter than the case. A stepless mounting means making the back plate movable and fixable in the anteroposterior depth direction with respect to the seat plate is provided mutually to the seat plate and the back plate.
