PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start deep-flying cooking with an optimum setting temperature for a cooking menu, without consulting manuals, enabling cooking suitable to the user's preference with a minimum fine adjustment. SOLUTION: Control means 10 selects a cooking menu based on a signal entered from input means 11, and then selects a setting temperature corresponding to the selected cooking menu for displaying through display means 12, thus enabling deep-flying cooking with an optimum setting temperature to stat without consulting manuals. The setting temperature selected based on the signal entered by the input means 11 can be further changed, allowing fine-adjustment of the setting temperature while observing the performance of the cooking.
