PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving a soft ground, which can drain water stagnating on an airtight sheet and also, when an embankment is made on the soft ground, can avoid liquefaction of the embankment to be kept in a stable condition. SOLUTION: A drainage structure including a water stopper valve 10 is provided on the air-tight sheet 1.
