<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information communication terminal and a biological information server, allowing a patient at home to communicate with medical staffs such as a doctor or a nurse about the biological information such as a blood pressure value or a blood sugar level and medical care and health. <P>SOLUTION: The biological information communication terminal is provided with a status transmission part for transmitting the state of the respective regions, an IP address and a port number at designated time intervals.
