PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate a test piece reliably at low costs. SOLUTION: A vibration test evaluation device comprises an ultrasonic band data acquisition means (14) for acquiring oscillatory wave data at an ultrasonic band in the oscillatory wave data of the test piece obtained by a vibration test; a fundamental data cutting means (10) for cutting the component of basic oscillating wave data at an ultrasonic band obtained when a vibration test is made by a normal test piece in oscillatory wave data acquired by the ultrasonic band data acquisition means (14); an abnormality determining means (10) for determining whether the oscillatory wave data are abnormal, based on the oscillatory wave data that are cut by the fundamental data cut means (10) and remain, in the oscillatory wave data acquired by the ultrasonic band data acquisition means (14).
