PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for positively moving subject fluid such as smoke using jet flow having characteristics of air turbulence. SOLUTION: In the subject exhaust means, compressed air is jetted from a nozzle to make a jet current, and the jet current is applied to positively move the subject fluid such as smoke.
