PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a carbonized material for improving the environment of a fishing ground for culturing to cope with many examples of damage on oyster culture by the pollution of water quality in an inland sea recently, aiming at the propagation of plant planktons, algae, or the like, and obtaining a good quality and stable culturing technology. SOLUTION: The subject rings 4 used for keeping scallop shells hanged with a wire at a constant interval performed in a recent technology for performing the oyster culture are made as a carbonized substance. By making the rings or pipes for maintaining the scallop shells or culturing discs at the constant interval as an organic carbonized material in culturing oysters by using a simple hanging down type, a raft type or an extended rope type culturing using the inoculated scallop shells or the inoculated discs, the carbonized material is utilized as an environment-improving substance for eliminating the factors of contaminating sea water, causing a red tide, or the like.
