The invention concerns a sealing joint comprising, compressed between two parts, a stack of flexible leaves separated by offset supports (9); a shell (1) encloses said structure (7) and ensures tightness. When compressed, the leaves are deformed around the supports providing high rigidity for smaller deformations. Thus, there are few risks resulting from relaxation of the material, in particular at high temperatures.
