PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a plurality of programs selected on the side of a receiver while reducing and dividing the programs on one picture in a digital signal receiving apparatus which receives an MPEG2-standardized transport stream.

SOLUTION: The present invention is equipped with a PID filter means 11 for selecting a desired packet identification number out of signals composed of programs distinguished with a plurality of packet identification numbers, a stream ID switching means 12 for imparting a plurality of stream IDs to the selected signal, a video decode means 14 capable of performing a decode processing for each stream ID, and a display processor 16 for reducing an output of the video decode means and disposing it in an arbitrary position, thereby performing a multi-indication of the plurality of programs set on the receiver side.
