PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shift equipped with a power detection part to cut off a leaked current route. SOLUTION: The level shift includes the power detection part, an input stage and an output stage. The power detection part generates a control signal in response to voltage levels of a first power source and a second power source. The input stage is connected between the first power source and a ground and receives an input signal. The output stage is connected between the second power source and the ground and generates an output signal in response to the control signal and the output of the input stage. Therefore, in the level shift, the leaked current route is cut off in a power-down mode, and the input signal of the first power source level is level-shifted to the output signal of the second power source level in a normal mode.
