<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra wide band (UWB) communication type communication device in which interference wave resistance capacity is improved by combining it with DS-SS (direction spread-spread spectrum). <P>SOLUTION: Before a communication body, a training part based on a short code diffusion for repeating the same pattern in each symbol length is formed, and the propagation of a transmission line is measured by the training part while setting the length of the short code as a measuring section and setting the N periods of a carrier as the time resolution of measurement. Chip timing is controlled by the time resolution of measurement and a value obtained by A/D converting an input signal at the chip timing is inversely diffused and measured by the short code at all points given by the time resolution of the measurement section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
