PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate protective film capable of improving the stability of the degree of polarization of a polarizing plate at high temperature and humidity, and to provide a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display device using the same.

SOLUTION: The polarizing plate protective film consists substantially of a polyester resin with 0.5 to 0.3% equilibrium moisture content, and a water latex layer is provided on at least one of the surfaces of the polarizing plate protective film. This configuration improves the stability of the degree of polarization of the polarizing plate in a high temperature and humidity environment, and the polarizing plate protective film capable of improving especially dimensional stability and a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display device using the same can be obtained.
