PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger with enhanced heat exchange efficiency. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes a fan generating a flow of air by rotation; vertically laminated pipes of an appropriate number including a multiplicity of minute pipes carrying out heat exchange by the flow of air formed by the fan; fins with a form of bending a plate a number of times installed closely to the pipes between the appropriate number of pipes for enhancing the heat exchange efficiency of the pipes; headers positioned in both ends of the pipes and capable of forming passages between not only the pipes but also the minute pipes of the pipes; and adjustment plates inserted in the headers to control the passages in the headers.
