摘要 <p>It is possible to increase the sensing speed of a 2-dimensional position where light is incident and simplify the configuration of the sensing. In an optical sensing region (10) including pixels (11MN) arranged in 2-dimensional way, each one pixel (11MN) is composed of a plurality of optical sensing portions (12MN, 13MN) arranged adjacently in the same plane for outputting current in accordance with intensity of each incident light. In the 2-dimensional arrangement, for the first direction, one (12MN) of the optical sensing portions of each pixel (11MN) is electrically connected with one another while for the second direction, the other (13MN) of the optical sensing portions of each pixel (11MN) is electrically connected with one another, thereby constituting an optical sensing portion group, respectively. There is provided a signal processing circuit for sensing a luminance profile according to a difference between outputs of the optical sensing portion groups of the first period when light is applied by a light source and the second period when the light is not applied.</p>
