PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undiluted lubricant solution which is improved in dilution stability, suppressing foaming on a container carrying conveyer belt while retaining a good lubricity even when it is diluted with a substantial amount of water; and to provide a lubricant which is improved in storage stability, suppressing foaming while retaining a good lubricity. SOLUTION: The undiluted lubricant solution for the container carrying conveyer belt is an O/W type organopolysiloxane emulsion composed of 5-80 wt.% of (A) an organopolysiloxane represented by the average unit formula: R<SB>a</SB>R<SP>1</SP><SB>b</SB>SiO<SB>(4-a-b)/2</SB>[in the formula, R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group or a hydrogen atom (wherein at least 50 mol% is a monovalent hydrocarbon group); R<SP>1</SP>is a hydroxy group or an alkoxy group; a is average 1.8-2.1; and b is average 0-0.1] based on the amount of the emulsion, 1-60 wt.% of (B) a surfactant based on the amount of the component (A), and the residual amount of (C) water. The lubricant for the container carrying conveyer belt is an O/W type organopolysiloxane emulsion composed of 0.010-0.5 wt.% of the component (A) based on the amount of the emulsion, 1-60 wt.% of the component (B) based on the amount of the component (A), and the residual amount of the component (C).
