PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture mineral water filled into a PET bottle by using an aseptic filling process employing a peracetic acidic bactericide as a PET bottle sterilization process. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing that the PET bottle is washed with an aseptic washing water after the PET bottle is sterilized with the peracetic acidic bactericide, the asepticized mineral water is filled into the washed PET bottle, and the bottle is sealed with an asepticized cap, wherein the peracetic acidic bactericide is one which meets the following that (1) a hydrogen peroxide concentration is 0.5% or less and a liquid temperature is 30 to 50°C, (2) the hydrogen peroxide concentration is in a range exceeding 0.5% and is 1% or less and the liquid temperature is 30 to 40°C, (3) the hydrogen peroxide concentration is in a range exceeding 0.5% and is 1% or less and the liquid temperature is in a range exceeding 40°C and 50°C or less, (4) the hydrogen peroxide concentration is in a range exceeding 1% and 1.5% or less and the liquid temperature is in a range of 20 to 40°C, or (5) the hydrogen peroxide concentration is in a range exceeding 1% and 1.5% or less and the liquid temperature is in a range of 40 to 50°C or less (the peracetic acidic bactericide where the water temperature is 65 to 95°C in cases of (3), (4) and the water temperature is 85 to 95°C in case of (5) is used.).
