PURPOSE: A method is provided to reduce distortions of images by improving the smoothness of a filter and achieve improved yield rate by reducing an inflow of blister. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step of stacking an adhesive film(4), a conductive mesh(3), a transparent plastic film(2) deposited with a colorant layer having a near infrared shielding function and a color purity enhancing function, and a mirror finished plate(1) on a transparent glass substrate(5); and a step of vacuum pressing the structure obtained in the previous step. The mirror finished plate is controlled to have a surface roughness of 0.01 to 0.1§­. The mirror finished plate is made of a metal, plastic, or a glass.
