The program can be consulted remotely using a navigation program. The program (SIT) has a page creation module (M-S) allowing a remote user to create pages through a flexible, intuitive, and friendly interface. The pages comprise blocks containing fields into which data can be entered. Other modules (M-A, M-B, M-S, M-D) allow consultation, modification, composition and dissemination of pages.
