PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring manufacturing machine capable of more improving a spring working performance by improving a conventional spring manufacturing machine. SOLUTION: The spring working performance of the spring manufacturing machine 1 is improved by bringing about the change in the working state of a spring with one spring manufacturing machine 1 by changing the longitudinal position by moving a wire feeding unit 4 back and forth, changing the direction of a groove which is formed on a bending die 49 by rotating the bending die 49, changing the position on a virtual plane (virtual plane parallel to a front wall 9) orthogonally crossed the moving direction of the wire feeding unit 4 of the bending die 49 by moving a first moving table 33 and a second moving table 36.
