PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking structure having both reliability and operability together without transmitting reaction or the like of a packing to the cylinder lock inside in closure and locking of an opening/closing door of outdoor installation type case body such as a communication appliance or the like by a cylinder lock. SOLUTION: A waterproof packing 13 using a raw material having an elasticity of rubber or the like to fulfill a function as an outdoor installation type case body 10 for a communication appliance or the like is provided in an opening/closing door 11. The elastic force always acts as a reaction 14 in between an arm plate 2 and a lock plate 15 and in the hinge 12 forming a rotary support point of the opening/closing door 11 in the closed state of the door 11. An external force receiving position 20 is provided as an integral structure with the opening/closing door 11 to which the cylinder lock 1 is attached as a means not transmitting the reaction 14 to the inside of the cylinder lock 1.
