WIRE SAW AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire saw preventing an abrasive grain layer from being peeled off and enhancing a life. SOLUTION: An adhesion resin layer 2 is provided on an outer periphery of a core wire 1, a composition inclination layer 6 is formed on an outer periphery of the adhesion resin layer 2 and the abrasive grain layer 3 is formed through the composition inclination layer 6. The composition inclination layer 6 is formed by melting a resin forming the adhesion resin layer 2 against a resin forming a bond layer 4. The composition inclination layer 6 has a component of the adhesion resin layer 2 and a component of a resin forming the abrasive grain layer 3. Nearer it is to the adhesion resin layer 2, larger amount of the resin forming the adhesion resin layer 2 it contains. Nearer it is to the abrasive grain layer 3, larger amount of component of the resin forming the abrasive grain layer 3 it contains. A ratio of the contained component is continuously varied.
