PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact resistant polyester resin sheet excellent in weather resistance. SOLUTION: The polyester resin sheet is obtained by molding a resin composition in which 1-25 pts.wt. of an acrylic rubber-based impact modifier and 0.5-5 pts.wt. of a glycidyl methacrylate copolymer are formulated to 100 pts.wt. of a polyester resin mainly comprised of an amorphous polyester constituted with a dicarboxylic acid component comprising terephthalic acid and a diol component comprising 20-35 mol% 1.4-cyclohexanedimethanol and 65-80 mol% ethylene glycol.
