PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a land mine disposing apparatus capable of efficiently and surely removing a large number of antipersonnel mines under various ground conditions in a minefield. SOLUTION: In this land mine disposing machine, a pair of arms 2 having a tip part extending forward of a vehicle body 1 are fitted, vertically rotatably, to the right and left parts of the body 1 having traveling wheels 5 and a traveling drive source. The arms 2 are vertically rotated individually by an arm lifting/rotating drive source 6. A mine explosion rotor 4 extending in the lateral direction at the front of the body 1 through a rotor support member 3 is installed between the forward ends of the pair of arms 2. The rotor 4 is rotated by a rotating drive source 7. The drive sources 6 and 7 can be controlled by a radio-controlled receiver 8 receiving radio-control signals. In the rotor 4, a plurality of unit rotors 14 having a plurality of blades 10 radially arranged around the rotating shaft 9 are arranged in the axial direction, and the rotor has an axial width larger than the lateral width the body 1.
