PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally and economically construct a compaction pile used as a foundation pile, using blast furnace water granulated slag. SOLUTION: In the construction method for the compaction pile using the blast furnace water granulated slag, static pressure is applied to a pile material formed by mixing cement, an alkali stimulating material such as lime, and water into the blast furnace water granulated slag, and pressing is stopped in a stage where the product of cross-sectional area and the strength of a pile body increased by pressing becomes a prescribed value or more, to construct the pile body with prescribed vertical bearing force.
