PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine bubble generator which can simply be applied even to a deep water tank. SOLUTION: This fine bubble generator is composed of: a stirring fin 4 provided at the bottom part of the water tank, and in which a stirring part 42 holding a plurality of radiately provided blades 44 from the upper and lower parts and fixing them to a rotary shaft 35 rotates; a stirring fin driving part 3 provided at the lower part of the stirring fin 4; a feed tube 5 in which one end forms a feed port 51 located at the center of the rotation of the stirring part and opened in the rotation irradiation direction, and the other end forms an air inlet 52 opened to the outside of the water tank; and a stator 6 in which a plurality of baffles 61 are erected at the outside of the rotation of the stirring fin 4 so as to be the shape of the rotation irradiation of the stirring fin 4, and the upper part and the lower part of each baffle 61 are connectedly fixed by fixing plates 62 and 63 so as to hold the stirring fin 4, and a feed tube 5 is made to run through the center of the upper fixing plate 63.
