PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high density mounting on a strobe circuit base panel without cost increase. SOLUTION: A wiring pattern 43 is formed on a front face of a circuit base panel 35 and lead terminals 47a, 48a of circuit components 47, 48 are made to pierce through the panel 35 from the rear face side and soldered to the wiring pattern 43 of a strobe circuit. A guide plate 32 is provided with a jumper circuit for jumper connection of the lead terminals 47a, 48a by insert-forming a sheetlike metal member 45. In parts of the guide plate 32 corresponding to the lead terminals 47a, 48a, notches 45a are formed in the metal member 45 and elastically deformable segments 45b, 45c are arranged. When the guide plate 32 is attached to the front face side of the circuit base panel 35, the lead terminals 47a, 48a are held by the segments 45b, 45c and electrically connected, and connection parts are filled with an adhesive 50 to anchor the lead terminals.
