<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium of GeSbTe which endures a high power of a reproduction light. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium has at least a phase change type recording layer 4 on a base 1 and recording and erasure of information are performed by changing the recording layer in phase by exposure to the light. This recording layer is constituted of TiwGexSbyTez which satisfies formulas 0.5≤w≤4.0, 3.4≤x≤14.5, 2.1≤y/z≤4.0, w+x+y+z=100 (atomic ratio). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
