PURPOSE: Provided is a water purifier having an electrothermal wire and refrigerants which is able to control the temperature according to changing weather. CONSTITUTION: The water purifier comprises an artificial intelligence computer process controlling all circuits, a chip, a pyrogenic electrothermal wire, refrigerants used for a space suit, a checking machine for checking temperature and moisture of the air, a battery to supply power, a sense box automatically controlling the temperature and a fire extinguisher.
