PURPOSE: A method for forming a peak to stimulate the sole of a foot is provided to permeate much more far infrared rays into a human body when stimulating the sole of a foot; and to set a sanitary stimulation peak on the surface of a running machine belt or on the foothold. CONSTITUTION: The method for forming a peak to stimulate the sole of a foot comprises steps of forming a stimulation peak(11) in a T shape or a mushroom shape with an upper part being half-round; connecting a frame/belt(12) with the stimulation peak(11); and inserting a far infrared ray object in a projection portion in the stimulation peak(11) at the frame/belt(12).
