FIELD: microbiological industry, industrial microbiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing alcohol, wine, beer, kvass, sewage treatment and other industries using microorganisms in technological processes. Method for acceleration of vital activity of microorganisms involves elevating pressure and its drop and exposition after elevating pressure for 60 s, not less. The total time of cycle is 61 s, not less, and difference between minimal and maximal pressures value is 0.4 MPa.
