FIELD: treatment of waste water. ^ SUBSTANCE: reactor has a cylindrical housing provided with a unit for preparing the water-gas mixture, system of electrodes, and branch pipes for supplying and discharging the mixture. The housing is made of an insulating material. The outer side of the housing is provided with a ring electrode. Inside the housing there is a rod electrode. The dielectric constant of the material of the housing should be no less than the dielectric constant of the liquid to be treated.
