PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to reduce the cause of an error by preventing the infiltration of moisture to the inner space of a frame. CONSTITUTION: A spindle motor comprises a connecting frame(20), a bracket(30), a rotor shaft(50), a fan(60), a guide tube(70), and a cover bracket. The connecting frame is arranged between a frame(10) and a shaft guide(40) for sealing the front of the frame and a bearing(25) is mounted on the center of the connecting frame. The bracket includes a plurality of supporting bosses(33) for sealing the rear of the frame and a bearing(35) is mounted on the center of the bracket. The rotor shaft has a front end part fixed to the bearing(25) of the connecting frame and a rear end part fixed to the bearing(35) of the bracket. The fan is fixed to the rear end part of the rotor shaft for sending air to the front direction. The guide tube is coupled to the supporting bosses. The cover bracket is coupled to the rear of the guide tube and includes a plurality of through holes for inducing air.
