PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating cover for freight which does not damage the freight in the cover even if a large quantity of a coolant or exothermic material is used. SOLUTION: The heat-insulating cover for the freight is constituted of a skin material made of a heat-reflecting layer and/or a heat-insulating layer shaped to cover at least one of a top face, a bottom face and side faces of the freight and a holding region located inside the skin material for holding the coolant or the exothermic material.
