<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to decrease printing papers required by a time when on-press development is completed. <P>SOLUTION: The original printing plate for a heat-sensitive lithographic printing plate has a heat-sensitive layer on a substrate, and capable of recording an image by scanning and exposing with infrared rays based on a digital signal, and the raw printing plate on which the image is recorded is made into a plate by the on-press development on the press as it is, and successively, printing is performed. This method for printing comprises a process wherein the image is recorded on the original printing plate for the heat-sensitive lithographic printing plate, a process wherein a dampening water comprising at least one compound selected from acetylene glycols and acetylene alcohols is fed on a plate face, and the heat-sensitive layer of a non-image part is removed, and a process wherein the printing is performed by using the dampening water and an ink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
