<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method and a program for health care instructions, capable of managing the health care of a number of people and giving instructions on the health to the people in a company, etc., based on daily data. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises input parts PC1-PCn for at least inputting health information, personal data including health information and meal information as recorded data, threshold data for determining the health information from the input parts, and a server device 1 comprising a determining means for determining an abnormality based on the personal data and the threshold data and an instruction means for giving instructions on the contents of meals based on the personal data. In the system, not only the abnormality is determined based on the daily measured data, but also an advice on the contents of meals is given, and an effective treatment means for treating a case of a lifestyle-related disease.
