PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electronic part wherein the thickness of an insulating layer is made uniform with a columnar conductor as a stopper, and roughing is surely treated irrespective of the type of a resin, and also to provide the electronic part. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the electronic part includes steps of: providing a plurality of wiring patterns and an insulating layer interposed between these wiring patterns; and electrically connecting between the wiring patterns by an interlayer connector passing through the insulating layer. The method further includes the step of repeating a first step of forming the wiring pattern and the columnar conductor, and a second step of forming a layer made of a predetermined thickness by copying the thickness of an insulating sheet to the height of the columnar conductor by pressurizing the insulating sheet to the height of the columnar conductor with the columnar conductor as a stopper by laminating the insulating sheet from above.
