<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction table capable of acquiring a more accurate analyzing result by stirring magnetic particles of a reaction process by a simple means, an analyzer and a stirring method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The reaction table is equipped with a turntable 244 on which a reaction container housing part 242a is formed, reaction containers 10 in which at least the specimen and magnetic particle reagent housed in the reaction container housing part 242a are dispensed, a motor 243 for revolving the turntable 244 for holding the reaction containers 10 around the center shaft of the turntable 244, and a reaction tank 242 having circumferential grooves 246a and 246b permitting the revolving reaction containers 10 to pass and formed around the center shaft and a plurality of magnet housing parts 247 for housing a plurality of permanent magnets 241, which produce magnetic force in the reaction containers 10 in the side walls of the circumferential grooves 246a and 246b and making the reaction containers 10 thermostatic. The respective permanent magnets 241 are zigzag arranged circumferentially with respect to both side walls of the circumferential grooves 246a and 246b to generate magnetic force large enough not to flocculate the magnetic particles housed in the reaction containers 10.
