PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping film made of a polyvinylidene chloride resin of which the adhesion is large and the drawing-out force is stably suppressed low with the elapse of time, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In manufacturing the wrapping film made of the polyvinylidene chloride resin, liquid paraffin added to the resin before molded by an extrusion die and the surface of the film molded by the extrusion die is coated with liquid paraffin.
