After holes have been made at the appropriate spots at the sidebars of the frame, the device (1) is screwed in with its threaded shaft. One of the outer ends of the wire is guided through the wedge-shaped slot (3) on top of the head (2), and the device (1) is rotated until the wire is almost straight. A second device (1) is attached to the opposite sidebar in order to hold the opposite end of the wire. Both devices (1) can be rotated until the wire is as tight as required.
