PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal external decoration curing pipe for a water service pipe capable of increasing the strength of an external decoration to enhance the strength of a curing pipe, eliminating work making a bracket installation hole, having the excellence in heat insulating operation, facilitating the work, shortening a construction period of time, having difficulty making the external decoration inferior and being maintained without impairing the external appearance even after a long period of time has passed away. SOLUTION: A metal body such as an aluminum or the like is applied to the external decoration 14, two of a pipe member 16 consisting of a heat insulating material 15 providing a storing recess part 18 to the central part of a contact face 17 makes a pair, the water service pipe 6 or a heater 7 attached water service pipe 6 is stored in the storing recess part 18 of both pipe members 16 in the case of construction, both contact faces 17 are connected with each other to form a pipe body, and a winding section 27 of the bracket 21 is wound on the circumference of the pipe body.
