PURPOSE: A decomposition type purification system using non-water toilet bowl is provided to naturally decompose excrement stored in the storage tank without fine filtration unit by storing excrement collected through the non-water toilet bowl into storage tank and aerating the excrement stored in the storage tank in aeration tanks. CONSTITUTION: The decomposition type purification system comprises a storage tank(30) installed under the non-water toilet bowl(10); aeration tanks(60) to which the storage tank is connected by connection pipe(40) on an intermediate part of which cutter pump(50) is installed; and other connection pipe(70) for connecting the aeration tanks to the storage tank so that the excrement is purified as excrement stored in the storage tank is being continuously circulated, wherein the aeration tanks are installed in a sealed spaced, and an exhaust hose(80) is connected to one side of the sealed spaced to exhaust colorless and odorless gas generated as the excrement is being purified, and wherein the system further comprises a hollow fiber membrane(100) through which some of water purified through the aeration tanks passes so that the partially purified water is purified into clean water, and a separate reservoir(110) for storing purified water passing through the hollow fiber membrane.
