PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination dielectric antenna in which capacity of a capacitor contributes to resonant frequency of the antenna and which can be miniaturized by making a resonant frequency of the antenna lower than a case that a level conductor 32 and a vertical conductor 33 do not exist. SOLUTION: The lamination dielectric antenna is provided with a first dielectric layer 11, a second dielectric layer 12 laminated on the first dielectric layer, a radiation conductor 21 arranged on an upper surface of the second dielectric layer 12, a ground conductor 31 arranged on a lower surface of the first dielectric layer 11, the level conductor 32 which is arranged between the first and the second dielectric layers 11 and 12 so as to face circumference of the radiation conductor 21, the vertical conductor 33 which connects the level conductor 32 and the ground conductor 31, and a power supply conductor connected to the radiation conductor 21.
